HUGE turnover in employees including management. More professionalism, organization, compassion. Eliminate ridiculous shift bidding. No one wants to change hours every 6 months. Split shifts, low pay, questionable business practices. A nice place to work. Very professional staff and team members.

The workplace was a clean environment. I hoped the Company didn't have to move. Meet varieties of people. Enjoy working with computers. Enjoy working with people.

I would like to work with people that treat people with the same perspective. No favoritism so whatsoever. Fun atmosphere to work in. Benefits with paid vacation and contributions.

In bound call center, so you are sitting answering calls some disgruntled for 8 hours a day. Keep up the incentives for bonuses and the atmosphere fun to come to work to. Very positive work environment, great group of people. Extensive knowledge of credit claims and collections. I learned a lot with this group of people.. Nothing negative to states. Nothing about this job was special but the lead supervisors and how he encouraged you to be better person that was awesome but everything was so unorganized and stiff as a company that changed partners quarterly.

Flexible hours, room to advance, competitive, vacation pay, sick leave, fmla. Work in a team environment. Great beginner job skills training. It was ok working there.

It was my first job. The training class was nice and after training we had a potluck which was nice. I started to have car trouble and getting back and forth to work but I got it together asap.

But at that time we were working with t mobile customers and dealing with their phone and accounts. Great call center experience, competitive pay as well as opportunities for raises in pay.

Team atmosphere and close knit community. Great opportunity to get your foot in the door. Pay was okay but did offer different incentives during work day. I would never recommend a person working for this company.

The stress goes home each day with you. The management is enough to not recommend the job itself. Just don't do it. The time I worked there was stressful and it's a very unprofessional place. No chance for advancement or raises.

The management at the time didn't even know what they were doing and weren't able to properly teach individuals. The hardest part of my job. The commute was exhausting, but the good thing is that I had clients in the city and I did not have to commute everyday. But once we lost the clients in the city and I had to commute everyday it became unbearable. So although I loved my job, my bosses and the company, the commute was to costly and stressful to continue to work there. Stressful some days and productive other days.

The day consists of arriving on time and making sure that you are ready to start collecting from consumers that have past due accounts. Professionalism was a standard. Punctuality was a given. If you did not have that, they would humiliate you. Not a place I would work anymore, but the bonuses were the only good thing that kept me coming. Claimed Profile Review this company.
